Бұл мақалада оқу үдерісін автоматтандыру контексінде университеттік ақпараттық порталдардың функционалдық мүмкіндіктері зерттеледі. Қазіргі жоғары білім беру жүйесіндегі цифрлық трансформация жағдайында оқу қызметін тиімді басқару өзекті мәселе болып табылады. Зерттеу барысында қолданыстағы оқу үдерісін басқару жүйелеріне (Platonus, Moodle, Canvas, Google Classroom, Blackboard) салыстырмалы талдау жүргізіліп, олардың артықшылықтары мен шектеулері анықталды. Сонымен қатар автоматтандырылған LMS жүйесінің құрылымдық-функционалдық моделі ұсынылып, оны енгізудің тиімділігі бағаланды. Зерттеу нәтижелері университеттік ақпараттық порталдарды дамытуда гибридті және интеллектуалды басқару модельдерін қолданудың маңыздылығын көрсетеді.
